Waves End‑of‑Season Banquet...Updated for 2026!

We’re changing things up just a little this year, and we think you’re going to love it.

Join us as we celebrate the end of the 2026 summer swim season with our annual Westridge Waves Awards Banquet! This special event is reserved ONLY for immediate family, and tickets are $20 per FAMILY (one price covers your swimmer(s) and their immediate household). Children two and under do not need a ticket.

Before purchasing, please double‑check your family count, once our final list is submitted, we won’t be able to issue refunds.

Event Details

When: Sunday, July 26, 2026 

Time: 1:30 PM (Banquet will begin promptly, please arrive on time!) 

Where: VFW Post 1503 – Dale City 14631 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193 

Attire: Summer Smart Casual 

Cost: $20 per immediate family 

Ticket Deadline: Must purchase tickets TUESDAY, July 21 (Tickets will not be sold at the door.) ** PLEASE ADD THE TOTAL NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS ATTENDING IN THE 'PERSONALIZATION' SECTION AT CHECK OUT

We will have a list at the door with your family name and registration, no physical tickets required.

Food & Drinks

We’ll be serving light bites and desserts, so please plan to eat lunch before you come. The bar will be open as a cash bar (not included in ticket price).

After‑Party at the Waves Pool!

Once the formal banquet wraps up, the celebration continues! At 4:00 PM, we invite ALL Waves families back to the Westridge Waves pool for one last team swim together. We’ll have a food truck, music, and some good old‑fashioned end‑of‑season fun. It’s the perfect way to close out another incredible summer with the best team around.
