Mark your calendars for the end of the 2025 summer swim season - It’s time to celebrate with an awards banquet! This is a special event, reserved ONLY for immediate family members, so please make sure everyone (swimmer & family members) has a ticket. Siblings two and under will not need a ticket. Before you buy your tickets, please double-check the number because once we submit the final list, there won’t be any way to issue refunds. Please keep in mind that only WAVE swimmers will be recognized during the event. Ripples have their mini meet celebrations planned the week before, which occurs at the Final Ripples meet. We will have a list at the door with your name and the number of tickets you purchased, so no actual tickets are required. Must Purchase Tickets NLT Monday 21 July. Please plan accordingly, as there are no exceptions after the final sale date. When: Sunday, July 27, 2025 Time: 2:45 - 6:00 Awards presentation begins at 3:00 Sharp Attire: Summer Smart Casual Where: VFW Post 1503 - Dale City 14631 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193 Cost: $12 for each attendee including Swimmers, Parents and Non-Swimmer Siblings age 2 and over. Tickets will not be sold at the door; Must be purchased online NLT Monday 21 July. The ticket fee includes: awards presentation, buffet dinner, dessert, and a beverage.
